Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone of our fast-growing, internationally scaling jewelry business. You’ll lead demand planning, inventory strategy, production coordination, and global logistics with autonomy, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background; able to build forecasting models in spreadsheets.
• Experience booking shipments and liaising with 3PLs and freight partners.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse systems; ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Import/export experience with customs, tariffs, and cross-border logistics.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy: build forecasting models and optimize stock across UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Oversee Supply Chain & Production Management: manage suppliers, lead times, and product launches alignment with freight.
• Lead Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations: manage shipments, customs, and carrier relationships.
• Manage Collection Administration & SKU Management: upload product data; ensure Shopify is source of truth.
• Drive Commercial & Import/Export: oversee invoices, documentation, and tariff compliance.
• Provide Strategic Input: identify gaps, propose cost reductions, and scale operations with founder-led growth.
