Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our fast-growing, internationally scaling business. You’ll lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and end-to-end logistics, while partnering with the Founder to build scalable processes.

In a small, transparent team, you’ll influence how we grow, with a view toward Head of Operations as the company expands. Hybrid work and flexible start dates are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background; able to build forecasting models.
• Experience with Shopify, ASNs, and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy and import/export experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy across UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Manage Supply Chain & Production with manufacturers and freight schedules.
• Oversee Global Logistics, warehouse operations, and ASNs.
• Handle SKU management, barcode creation, and Shopify data integrity.
• Own import/export decisions, invoices, and compliance.
