Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone of a fast-growing, internationally scaling business. You will independently manage supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics, collaborating with the Founder to build scalable systems.

The role promises a high-impact, autonomous environment in a tiny, close-knit team. Key responsibilities include demand planning, inventory strategy, supplier relationships, and Shopify data governance, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC e-commerce
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheets and forecasting
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and liaising with 3PLs
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems (ASNs, inventory reconciliation)
• Finance literacy: cash flow, carrying costs, margins
• Import/export and international logistics experience
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or e-commerce

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy: forecast stock across categories and allocate inventory UK/EU/US
• Monitor sell-through and set pricing points based on margin analysis
• Own Supply Chain & Production Management: manage manufacturers, lead times, and production defects
• Coordinate Global Logistics & Warehouse Ops: manage shipments, ASNs, and vendor relationships
• Manage Collection Administration & SKU Management: upload product data to Shopify and maintain data accuracy
• Oversee Commercial & Import/Export: routes, HS codes, invoices, and duties
• Provide Strategic input to scale operations as the company grows
