Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will work directly with the Founder, building scalable systems to support rapid growth in a small, transparent team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC fashion/e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background with forecasting and budgeting capability.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and coordinating with 3PLs.
• Proficient with Shopify and warehouse data reconciliation (ASNs, inventory).
• Understanding cash flow, costs, and margins related to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning, inventory strategy, and price point considerations.
• Manage production, supplier relationships, and freight schedules.
• Oversee global logistics, customs, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain Shopify data as the single source of truth for products.
• Identify efficiencies and cost savings across import/export workflows.
