Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will directly support the Founder, Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt, and shape systems for scalable growth in a hybrid setup.

The role requires autonomy, strong analytical skills, and experience with jewellery/e-commerce operations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheets and forecasting.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, liaising with 3PLs, and coordinating logistics schedules.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning, inventory strategy, and stock allocation across UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Lead production coordination with jewellery/packaging manufacturers and ensure timelines align with freight schedules.
• Manage global logistics, carrier bookings, customs, and delivery schedules; monitor SLA compliance.
• Handle SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, and Shopify data as single source of truth.
• Oversee import/export decisions, duties, tariffs, and invoicing; drive cost efficiencies.
