Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone of a fast-growing jewellery brand. You will lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics with autonomy, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a tight-knit team. You’ll drive production timelines, stock availability, and cross-border compliance while partnering on new product launches and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growth DTC style brands.
• Strong analytical background with forecasting ability using data and margins.
• Day-to-day operations execution including shipping and logistics scheduling.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse systems; familiarity with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy to evaluate cash flow and carrying costs.
• Import/export experience with customs, tariffs, and international logistics.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Manage global logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with designers on production timelines for launches.
• Oversee supplier relationships, lead times, and defect resolution.
• Own import/export decisions, HS codes, and import documentation.
• Drive cost efficiencies and process improvements for scale.
