Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi seeks an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone of the business, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will work directly with the Founder to build scalable systems in a fast-growing jewellery e-commerce environment.

You’ll lead a small, autonomous team, balancing strategic improvements with day-to-day execution, in a hybrid setup with in-office days and flexibility beyond them.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning, preferably in fast-growing DTC e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions (UK/EU/US).
• Manage production orders and supplier relationships; coordinate with designers for launches.
• Oversee global logistics, warehousing, ASNs, and carrier relations.
• Maintain SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, and Shopify uploads; ensure single source of truth.
