Are you looking to establish a new role within a dynamic and growing setting? Due to the growing needs of our Academy we are seeking to recruit an Operations Lead to oversee our Estates & Administrative Teams ensuring that our expanding academy thrives operationally. You will need to be a motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised individual who embodies excellent people skills, the ability to work under pressure and to think creatively with the interests of children with complex additional needs at heart.

Dove House Academy consists of two separate campuses; a requirement of this role will therefore be to work collaboratively across both campuses. Dove House Sutton Road RG21 5SU. Dove House Post 16 Junction 6 Oxford Way RG24 9FP.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT and administration as well as being a strong communicator.
We can be flexible on the hours for this role and part time would be considered.
