Operations Executive-Consumer Healthcare

London

Are you a proactive, organised, and go-getting Operations Executive who loves making things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes real ownership of projects that make a business run better.

You’ll report to the Operations Lead and take charge of cross-functional initiatives — from packaging transitions and supplier improvements to fulfilment efficiencies and system rollouts. You’ll also keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly as our client scales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an operations generalist who enjoys variety, autonomy, and impact.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

  • Lead and deliver a range of operational projects end-to-end (e.g. new product development, packaging transitions, fulfilment optimisation, system implementations).
  • Build clear project plans, manage stakeholders, and ensure milestones are hit.
  • Anticipate blockers, solve problems quickly, and keep everyone aligned.
Supply Chain & Fulfilment
  • Support day-to-day supply and inventory operations with 3PL partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new product launches and packaging changes.
Business Operations & Execution
  • Keep the day-to-day business running efficiently — from internal processes to workspace coordination.
  • Manage operational suppliers and business admin (insurance, IP, etc.).
  • Lead office operations including onboarding new starters and supporting HR and facilities management.
About You
  • 3-4 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or project management within a fast-paced startup, scaleup, or consumer brand.
  • A strong operations generalist with breadth across business, product, and supply chain.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills — you’re organised, communicative, and delivery-focused.
  • A confident self-starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
  • Practical, curious, and solutions-oriented — you see what needs doing and make it happen.
