What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a skilled and driven operations engineer to support large-scale data center deployments. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge infrastructure technologies, ensuring the optimal performance and stability of network deployments. You’ll collaborate with global teams and customers, troubleshoot complex issues and help drive operational excellence.

About the role:
  • Support the deployment of Infiniband & RoCE systems across large data center environments.
  • Support the full lifecycle management of hardware and software components.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance, connectivity and stability issues in complex environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers worldwide.
  • Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Who You Are:
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting network and server hardware at the component level.
  • Linux system administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in large‑scale environments (1,000+ switches or nodes).
  • Familiarity with Ansible.
  • Understanding of Redfish API for system management.
  • Experience with Grafana/PromQL
  • Proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go).

The base salary range for this role is £64,000 - £85,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
