Euro Car Parts Ltd in Bangor is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work alongside other Duty Managers to drive performance and develop a high-performing team.

You’ll lead, motivate and coach colleagues, ensuring safety, service excellence and efficient operations while maintaining high standards and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced people leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources for smooth, efficient operations and great service.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Deliver engaging daily team briefings and performance conversations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Create a positive, inclusive, customer-focused culture.
• Build a flexible, multi-skilled team delivering exceptional results.
