Job summary

Euro Car Parts Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive day-to-day operations, coach teams and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards and branch performance.

You will manage stock, processes and safety, ensuring a positive, customer-focused culture and strong commercial outcomes across the operation.

• Leading the operation: day-to-day branch activities across retail, warehouse and fleet.

• Driving performance: monitor costs, payroll and productivity; use KPIs for continuous improvement.
