Job summary

Euro Car Parts Ltd. in Sutton seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet operations. You will report to the Branch Manager and work with other Duty Managers to deliver safe, efficient and commercially successful outcomes.

You will coach and develop teams, maintain high standards, manage stock, service levels and KPIs, and promote a customer-first culture while driving operational excellence every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with service excellence.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operation across retail, warehouse and fleet to deliver safe, efficient performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues; run daily team briefings and performance conversations.
• Drive customer experience; resolve queries and maximise opportunities with sales teams.
• Monitor costs, payroll, and productivity; manage stock and cash controls.
• Maintain compliance, training and safety standards; lead continuous improvement.
