Job summary

Unite Group is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day operational delivery across a cluster of student accommodation properties. You’ll work with the Cluster Operations Manager to coordinate maintenance, housekeeping and resident services, ensuring smooth, efficient service with minimal disruption.

You’ll manage schedules and tasks, liaise with contractors and residents, and help monitor CRM systems to provide visibility and drive improvements in efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or operational coordination role.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with systems and data, including CRM or other platforms.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams, contractors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational schedules across a cluster of properties.
• Manage task queues and systems to track and complete work.
• Support contractor coordination and resident communications about works.
• Monitor operational systems and progress across tasks.
• Assist with planning and workload management for housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide financial and administrative support, including purchase orders.
