Job summary

Unite Group, a leading student accommodation provider, is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day delivery across a cluster of Unite Students and Hello Student properties. You will schedule maintenance, housekeeping and resident services, track tasks and coordinate with contractors to minimise disruption to residents.

In this fast-paced role you will monitor CRM platforms, manage task queues, and assist with cost control and reporting while working closely with the Cluster

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or operational coordination role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with systems and data, including CRM or other platforms.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, contractors and residents.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational schedules across the cluster, including maintenance, cleaning, inspections and planned works.
• Manage task queues and systems, ensuring work is allocated, tracked and completed.
• Support contractor coordination and communicate with residents about upcoming works.
• Monitor operational systems (CRM and related platforms) for visibility and progress.
• Assist housekeeping and maintenance with planning and workload management.
• Provide administrative support including purchase orders and spend tracking.
• Coordinate communications to residents about inspections, works and updates.
• Support health, safety and compliance processes.
