Job summary

Unite Group is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day operational delivery across a cluster of student accommodation properties, coordinating maintenance, housekeeping and resident services to ensure smooth, efficient operations and minimal disruption to residents.

You'll work with the Cluster Operations Manager, manage schedules, tasks and communications with residents and contractors, and use CRM and other systems to monitor progress and drive improvements across Unite

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or operational coordination role.
• Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with systems and data including CRM or platforms.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, contractors and residents.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational schedules across the cluster including maintenance, cleaning, inspections and planned works.
• Manage operational task queues and systems, ensuring work is allocated, tracked and completed.
• Support contractor coordination, organising jobs and communicating with residents about upcoming works.
• Monitor operational systems (CRM and others) to ensure visibility and progress across tasks.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with planning and workload management.
• Provide financial and administrative support including purchase orders and cost control.
• Coordinate communications to residents about inspections, works and updates.
• Support health, safety and compliance processes in line with company standards.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth, consistent operations across all properties.
