Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to welcome residents, respond to enquiries, and help run day-to-day operations at our student accommodation sites. You will be the friendly face in the building, supporting check-ins, viewings and events to ensure a smooth, safe and engaging resident experience.

This role emphasizes delivering great customer experiences, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining high property standards in a busy, varied environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy, varied environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey including check-ins, viewings and day-to-day support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Record enquiries and operational issues accurately in internal systems.
