Think Specialist Recruitment is working with a Hemel Hempstead client to recruit an Operations Coordinator. This role combines customer service, administration, and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly, supporting field engineers and resolving queries promptly.

You will coordinate technical support tickets, liaise with engineers, and provide updates to customers while maintaining daily records. Hybrid working is available; there is a temp-to-perm path and a pay rate of £13.95 per hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and administration.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key point of contact for technical support queries, coordinating tickets and liaising with engineers.
• Allocate tickets to appropriate departments and field-based engineers across the UK.
• Respond to queries, provide accurate updates and manage expectations throughout resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
• Monitor live issues and assist with troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain daily reports and update documentation to keep records current.
• Collaborate with engineers and internal teams to keep operations moving and deliver excellent service.
