Responsibilities

• The Operations Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the group’s compliance with SWIFT, BACS, FINMA, FCA and Pay.UK obligations. As a subject matter expert on the group’s compliance requirements in this area and working with team members across the group to drive compliance initiatives, best-practice standards and work on audits. The Operations Compliance Manager will play a key role in advising on strategic approach, contractual requirements, auditing processes, and supporting cross-functional teams in maintaining regulatory compliance.
