Lime is hiring an Operations Associate, Compliance to join our Operations team! In this role you will implement best practices and lead projects that improve in and out of warehouse operations compliance and efficiency. You will partner with leads in both in and out of warehouse operations to tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. We are looking for a results-oriented, hands‑on, data‑driven and entrepreneurial candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in‑the‑moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You’re energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward‑thinking organization.

This is a warehouse‑based position that requires an onsite presence Monday through Friday.

What you’ll do:
  • Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle including setting targets and holding the team accountable for meeting their daily targets
  • Develop and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment by establishing clear safety and quality standards and implementing processes that enable the supply of fully operational fleet of vehicles for your region
  • Define and monitor KPIs that measure warehouse compliance ensuring operations are streamlined and operating efficiently
  • Define new processes and best practices to enhance compliance within the warehouse through cross functional collaboration with teams across the globe
  • Identify and elevate city‑related challenges at early stages
  • Partner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key legal, regulatory compliance and safety issues
  • Maintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management to concerns proactively
About you:
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position with a strong understanding of warehouse compliance
  • Experience leading teams or groups preferred
  • Excellent problem solving skills - you can solve complex problems in a logical and structured manner
  • Data driven in everything that you do - you must be very data centric and able to process and analyse data to solve problems, spot opportunities as well as performance trends. (SQL and G‑sheets)
  • Work well under pressure - you must be able to handle competing demands and prioritize ruthlessly
  • Can‑do attitude, no task is below you
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability to deliver precise and meaningful impact
  • An organized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
