Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Support sales and finance teams with order administration.
  • Manage supplier order acknowledgments and delivery updates.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to queries.
  • Support onboarding processes for new suppliers and customers.
  • Handle general office duties including post and supply ordering.
  • Manage stock levels of office supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup.
  • Act as main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for office maintenance.
  • Oversee upkeep of communal office areas.
  • Assist with event coordination and visitor management.
  • Help improve operational and office management procedures.
