The Opportunity

Are you looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic fast‑growing company? We’re offering an exciting Operations Apprentice position that will give you hands‑on experience across multiple aspects of our business operations.

This isn’t just about making tea and filing paperwork. You’ll be a valued member of our operations team learning the inner workings of a successful facilities maintenance business while gaining a recognised qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate Work Orders: Support our operations team in scheduling and dispatching maintenance engineers across multiple client sites
  • Client Communication: Handle client queries, provide updates and ensure excellent service delivery
  • System Management: Learn to use our cutting‑edge CRM and job management systems including IoT monitoring technology
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist with operational reports, KPI tracking and performance analysis
  • Compliance Support: Help maintain health & safety documentation, engineer certifications and regulatory compliance
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of planned maintenance programmes
  • Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors when required
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency
  • Team Support: Work alongside experienced operations professionals who will mentor and develop your skills
Your Learning Journey

You’ll be enrolled in a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship (or similar operations‑focused qualification) which includes:

  • Day release or block release for college/training
  • On‑the‑job training and mentorship from our experienced team
  • Regular reviews and skills development sessions
  • A nationally recognised qualification upon completion
