Pay Rate: £28,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience—Grade: RCS grade O. Contract Type: Permanent (Full‑Time). Shift patterns: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Location: Manchester Airport, M90 4QX. PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

We're now looking for a Site Administrator to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

A typical day involves
  • Performing general site‑specific office duties and serving as the primary point of contact for all correspondence and inquiries, managing communications via email & Teams calls.
  • Organising, maintaining and updating digital filing systems and office records such as staff car parking, insurance renewal documents, safety culture, etc.
  • Drafting and issuing official documents, reports, and internal memos such as newsletters, staff updates, minute‑taking, etc.
  • Managing the inventory of stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely re‑ordering.
  • Coordinating the distribution and tracking of uniforms for ground handling staff.
This role would suit people who
  • Are confident and competent users of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Have experience producing communications and newsletters; knowledge of Power BI would be a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong customer‑service skills and can maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in their work.
  • Have previous knowledge of the aviation industry (desirable).
