Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Operational Support Manager to join a successful and growing company based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to drive continuous productivity improvement throughout, ensure all regulations are adhered to and focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to drive continuous productivity improvement across the operation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Operational Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar commercial operations support role.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, driven and can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience managing budgets, providing reports and has a strong understanding of commercial awareness.
  • Previous project management would be advantageous.
  • Must have strong people skills, with the ability to build relationships, lead and encourage.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • IT literate.
Benefits
  • Starting salary up to £40,000.
  • Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm.
