Job summary

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer within the Working Age Services Directorate to turn data into actionable insight. You will create performance measures and dashboards, working with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders to inform decisions affecting millions of customers.

This role focuses on delivering analytical products using Power BI and SQL, leading improvement projects, and communicating complex findings

Qualifications

Experience creating management information and visuals to support decisions.
Proficiency with SQL for data interrogation and analysis.
Ability to convey insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Produce management information, analyses and visuals using Power BI to support decisions.
Develop analytical products with SQL, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
Interrogate data from multiple sources to identify insights and inform improvements.
Lead analytical and performance projects, delivering outcomes quickly amidst priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
Present data and findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment contributing to team efficiency.
