  • Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar languages.
  • Combine data from multiple sources to inform business improvements.
  • Lead analytical and performance improvement projects with pace and priority management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
  • Present complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
