Job summary

B. Braun is seeking an Operational Support Administrator for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Sheffield. The role focuses on ensuring smooth distribution operations, managing export consignments, coordinating logistics and providing comprehensive administrative support.

The position is based on-site at Thorncliffe Park, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You will handle transport bookings, export documentation, and customer communications while working closely with the distribution team to

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP transactions and distribution/exports processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage export consignments and transport bookings.
• Use SAP to confirm invoicing and process documentation.
• Authorise and control transport bookings for exceptions.
• Prepare and issue all customer orders documentation (pre-advice, labels, delivery notes).
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and oversee distribution emails.
• Work as part of the distribution team and respond to queries promptly.
