B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to oversee a busy distribution centre in Sheffield. You will lead a team of distribution operators across putaway, replenishment, pick, pack, despatch and related tasks, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain GDP and safety standards, and report on performance metrics while managing shift patterns and regulatory compliance in a hands-on, onsite role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehousing processes and GDP.
• Focus on health and safety within a Distribution Centre.
• Experience leading distribution operatives and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of distribution operatives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to set objectives.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety protocols, and SOPs.
• Report on KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and improve metrics.
• Ensure GDP compliance and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
