Job summary

B. Braun Melsungen AG in Sheffield is seeking an Operational Support Administrator on a fixed-term 18-month contract to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on ensuring smooth distribution operations, managing export consignments, coordinating logistics and preparing customer order documentation.

You will work on-site 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including SAP invoicing, transport bookings, and distribution management to support the operational team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics administration.
• Knowledge of SAP transactions for invoicing and order processing.
• Strong organisational, communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Book export consignments and transport for customer orders.
• Use SAP to confirm invoicing is completed.
• Authorize transport bookings for exceptions and upgrades.
• Prepare and issue all customer orders documents (pre-advice, labels, delivery notes).
• Book deliveries with customers.
• Control pick run and distribute orders to the Operational team.
• Oversee distribution of emails into Distribution Centre and Homecare inboxes.
