B. Braun Medical Ltd. in Sheffield seeks an organised Health & Safety Coordinator (Occupational Health) to support colleagues’ health and wellbeing.

Based at Thorncliffe Park, you will coordinate health activities, keep appointments and records, and liaise with HR, managers and external providers. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours weekly, with opportunities to contribute to vaccination programmes, health surveillance, referrals and wellbeing initiatives, while maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, Health & Safety, wellbeing or occupational health support role.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to pursue a qualification in Occupational Health Support or related discipline.
• Commitment to ongoing health, safety and wellbeing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupational health appointments, maintain schedules and referrals.
• Support workplace vaccination programmes by arranging appointments and tracking status.
• Assist with referrals, fitness-for-work assessments and return-to-work plans.
• Help deliver wellbeing campaigns and events on mental and physical health.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and produce routine reports.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for occupational health administration queries.
