Job summary

We are looking for a proactive Operational Support Administrator (18 month FTC) to cover maternity leave, ensuring smooth distribution operations by managing export consignments, coordinating logistics, and issuing customer orders documentation. The role suits someone highly organised and proactive, with a focus on efficient distribution.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, on-site in Sheffield, with duties including transport bookings, invoicing checks via SAP, and handling customer

Qualifications

• Understanding of general warehouse processes and health & safety.
• Confident handling of telephone queries.
• Strong organisational skills with a methodical and accurate approach.

Responsibilities

• Transport booking for all customer orders including export consignments.
• Use SAP transactions to confirm invoicing is completed.
• Authorise and control transport bookings for exceptions and upgrades.
• Completion and issue of all customer orders documentation including pre-advice, labels and delivery notes.
• Booking in deliveries with customers.
• Control the pick run process and distribution of orders to the Operational team.
• Oversee distribution of emails to central Distribution Centre and Homecare inboxes.
