B. Braun in Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, is recruiting a Team Manager to lead a busy warehouse distribution centre. You will mentor distribution operatives and drive high performance, while ensuring policy, safety and GDP compliance across the team.

• Knowledge & compliance: warehousing processes, GDP, health & safety.
• Leadership & teamwork: lead and develop distribution operatives, manage absence and discipline.

• Continuous improvement: investigate root causes, drive safety and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of distribution operatives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to set objectives and drive performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols and SOPs.
• Report on KPIs, analyse data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Ensure GDP compliance and regulatory requirements.
