We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Secure Innovation & Advisory team. Requirements: Due to the highly secure nature of the project, this role is open only to UK Nationals (not dual nationals or visa holders) who hold or are eligible for High-Level Clearance (HLC). While there is some flexibility for remote or hybrid work, onsite attendance at the specified location(s) will be required for secure system access.
Key Responsibilities: Fulfil the Principal Designer role in line with CDM Regulations. Plan, manage, and coordinate health and safety during pre‑construction. Identify and manage design‑related risks through effective risk management. Chair HAZID reviews and ensure mitigation actions are implemented. Coordinate with the Principal Contractor to maintain CDM compliance during construction. Ensure designers meet their CDM duties and collaborate with the project team. Advise on client CDM responsibilities. Engage with contractors and stakeholders to promote safe design and delivery. Maintain compliance records and documentation. Develop internal CDM procedures, tools, and templates. Provide safety‑in‑design guidance and training. Operate as a billable resource and support continuous improvement in safety and compliance.
Requirements/Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent experience. Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH). Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015. Experience acting as Principal Designer or similar CDM role. Background in design risk management and construction safety. Experience working within multi‑disciplinary teams. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Commercial awareness and experience delivering billable services. Proactive, detail‑focused, and solution‑oriented approach. Ability to promote a positive safety culture. Desirable Chartered membership of a relevant professional body. Experience delivering health and safety training or mentoring. Experience in a client‑facing consultancy environment.
Location: Remote UK with occasional travel to the Liverpool office and client sites. Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 basic plus uncapped commission (10% of Margin), OTE £40,000 + £400 per month car allowance.

Responsibilities: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, verification and product delivery, documentation, and support. Design and maintain internal software, using Embedded C, Linux, Network technologies, Python, Bash. Knowledge of GIT, Agile, manufacturing or aerospace and defence industries is beneficial.
Requirements: Experience with embedded C software. Strong knowledge of GNU/Linux Systems. Proven track record with network technologies. Scripting languages (Python + Bash). Understanding of source control systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of engineering design projects across the UK. Manage design projects through all phases, applying recognised project management best practices. Act as Project Manager on design‑only projects or Design Manager on Design & Build / EPC projects. Maintain accountability for project performance, health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes. Coordinate with engineering discipline leads for technical quality. Develop and implement project execution plans. Support preparation of proposals, technical inputs, presentations and contract negotiations. Contribute to business development activities.
