SMT GB is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. You will coordinate end-to-end servicing and repair activities, ensuring engineers, parts and resources are planned to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service coordination, scheduling, planning or service administration role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
• Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer diaries, labour, parts and resources for service/repair work.
• Raise quotations and manage additional repairs identified from reports or requests.
• Monitor job progress, costs and service performance to resolve customer issues promptly.
