SMT GB in Duxford, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a proactive Workshop Coordinator to support day-to-day workshop operations. You will work with the Service Delivery Manager and engineers to ensure jobs progress from creation through invoicing while efficiently allocating resources and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

The role requires excellent communication, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop, service, or engineering coordination.
• Experience scheduling resources and managing service jobs end-to-end.
• Strong administration and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, materials and resources for workshop jobs.
• Schedule engineers and monitor utilisation.
• Manage jobs from creation to invoicing and cost control.
• Maintain regular customer updates and satisfaction.
• Support compliance, SHEQ, and training activities.
• Escalate issues for timely resolution.
