Overview

The Onsite Recruitment Consultant delivers recruitment services directly at the client’s location, managing the full hiring cycle, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary onsite contact for hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and onsite events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate onboarding, including compliance checks and right-to-work documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records within the ATS and internal systems.
  • Support workforce planning and provide recruitment insights to the client.
  • Oversee agency workers onsite, ensuring engagement and performance.
  • Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and general workforce enquiries.
  • Conduct site tours, job previews, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes meet legal and compliance standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring activity and KPIs.
  • Resolve day‑day staffing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, candidates, and client stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
