Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT support, field services, or service desk roles is desirable.
• Capable of prioritising support tickets and managing workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support at the Carmarthen site.
• Deliver support across Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Manage Microsoft Server OS tasks such as DHCP, DNS, ADDS.
• Conduct data management activities, including archiving data to tape.
• Update administrative records and ticketing systems accurately.

Skills

Basic to intermediate IT knowledge

Good understanding of core technologies: Windows OS, Windows Server, Networking

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Familiarity with break/fix processes and hardware troubleshooting
