The role involves resolving IT issues for over 250 customers, logging tickets and providing first contact support. Candidates should have solid knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, excellent fault-finding skills, and a passion for customer service. Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Cheadle
Working Hours: Mon to Fri working between 8:30am and 6:30pm (37.5 hours)
You will be working in the IT arm of the business, providing an excellent service to 250+ external customers. The role involves being the first point of contact for our customers when a ticket is logged; this includes speaking to the customers over the phone, logging and responding to emails and logging tickets proactively.
