Job summary

Randstad Care in Belfast (BT3) is seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis to support a global distribution firm. You will process orders, assist Account Managers and ensure smooth operations in a structured environment.

This role offers weekdays only (8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm), a £26,000 per annum pro rata salary, and opportunities for training and development in a friendly, inclusive team based in the Duncrue area.

Qualifications

• More than 6 months experience in customer service and administration.
• Candidates MUST drive and have access to a car for commuting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders and invoicing.
• Providing support to internal and external Account Managers across all product lines.
• Keeping customers updated and handling day-to-day questions and clarifications.
• Following up on open orders, payments or any outstanding issues.
• Working closely with Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining a professional and helpful approach to enhance the customer experience.
