Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader to lead, support, and coordinate our team of colleagues in ensuring every order is picked, packed and ready on time. You’ll coach your team, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to keep customer service levels high.

In this role, you’ll drive performance, analyse department data, and ensure operations remain safe and compliant while maintaining strong customer focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail or online environment.
• Strong coaching and development skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to analyse data to improve process efficiency and performance.
• Familiarity with online order preparation, despatch, and pickup routines.

• Lead, support and coordinate the Online team to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready on time.

• Analyse department data with the Online Manager to identify opportunities and speed up processes.
