Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the online operation in-store and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
• Coordinate rota planning to ensure sufficient picker and driver resources.
• Drive picking accuracy to guarantee consistency in online operation.
• Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor to deliver availability and key metrics.
