Job summary
Asda in Glasgow is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day online operation in-store, keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy through effective rota planning and data-led decisions.
You will drive online shrink agenda, improve picking accuracy, and develop the team, delivering availability and service with heart and pride.
This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary and extensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
- Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
- Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the online operation within store, ensuring availability and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor with routine processes and KRAs.
- Engage and coach team to improve routines and drive selling with personality.
- Drive online shrink agenda and ensure accurate rota planning and resource validation.
