Job summary
Asda Stores Ltd in Eastleigh seeks an Online Manager to drive the store's online operation, keeping the team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. You will lead the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions, validating picker and driver resource through effective rota planning to ensure picking accuracy.
You will develop teams, manage change, and foster a culture of service excellence, with flexibility to work days, weekends and evenings as required.
Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
- Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
- Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day running of the Online operation in-store.
- Plan and validate rota resources for pickers and drivers.
- Drive picking accuracy to ensure online order quality.
- Lead and coach the team to improve processes and engagement.
