ASDA is seeking an Online Manager for its Colindale store to lead the day-to-day online operation in-store, keep vans on the road and customers happy. You will manage online shrink, plan structured rotas and ensure picking accuracy to deliver a reliable online service.

Role includes leading a team, driving availability, and implementing data-led decisions to optimise performance and customer satisfaction. 45-hour week, days shifts, some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
• Engage and coach your team to improve routine and process, driving pick accuracy and customer service with heart and pride.
• Drive best value across the online operation, CSI and implement action plans from audits based on customer feedback.
• Develop the team and create an environment where people feel valued, trusted and motivated to step up.
