Job summary

Asda is seeking an Online Manager in Small Heath to lead the in-store online operation, ensure high service levels, and drive performance. You will manage scheduling, picker accuracy, and driver resources while engaging the team and maintaining a strong customer focus.

The role demands leadership, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to improving availability and reducing shrink. Weekend/evening flexibility is required and you will contribute to a culture of pride in serving

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online operation in-store, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and engagement of the team.
• Coordinate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to maintain picking accuracy.
• Lead the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
• Drive availability, service levels, and key metrics on the shop floor through routine execution and KPI tracking.
