Sainsbury's Limited in Shrewsbury is seeking an Online Stores Manager to plan and orchestrate the delivery of our online picking and delivery service, ensuring in-store operations run smoothly and safely while delivering a great customer experience.

You will lead a morning team of shoppers and drivers from 04:00, coach performance, manage disciplinary issues, and work with other managers to meet KPIs on availability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large store-based team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and coach teams to do the same.
• Strong people management, scheduling and performance management skills.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure success of the in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the success of the overall store shopping experience.
• People management is a big part of the role, including performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
