Sainsbury's is seeking an Online Manager to lead the in-store online delivery team, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves coordinating shoppers and drivers to meet delivery targets and maintain safety standards, while collaborating with store managers to improve the overall shopping journey.

You will coach a large team, drive performance against KPIs, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Brilliant customer service delivery and coaching
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, satisfaction)
• Handling employee relations issues and discipline when needed
• Operational leadership in store environments in absence of senior managers

Responsabilités

• Plan and orchestrate online picking and delivery teams for in-store online service success
• Lead and coach shoppers and drivers to ensure safe, seamless shopping experiences
