Sainsbury's in Watford is looking for an online store manager to lead the delivery of the online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both online and in‑store customers. You’ll be a visible leader, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver excellent service and safe, efficient operations.

Collaborating with fellow managers, you will drive KPI performance, manage disciplinary and scheduling needs, and ensure accurate pay.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching teams.
• Experience leading a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
• Strong KPI delivery and performance improvement experience.
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
• Operational leadership responsibility in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to support in-store online service.
• Lead a large team of shoppers and drivers to ensure a safe, seamless shopping experience for online and in-store customers.
• Collaborating with store managers to ensure a positive overall shopping experience.
• Manage performance, scheduling and payroll processes for the team.
