Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of online operations and delivery processes.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online shrink agenda with data-led decisions and validating picker and driver resources.
• Plan and manage rotas to ensure effective resource levels for the store online operation.
• Drive picking accuracy and service levels to maintain consistent online performance.
