Job summary

ASDA is seeking an Online Manager in Frome to oversee day-to-day online operations in-store, ensuring the team remains engaged and customers stay satisfied. You’ll keep vans on the road and drive accuracy in picking and delivery, supported by data-led decision-making.

The role requires leadership experience in online retail, a focus on availability and customer service, and the ability to develop teams while managing change.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in online retail.
• Operational knowledge of online retail environment.
• Experience improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste and shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead online operations and rota planning to ensure accurate picking and on-time delivery.
• Drive trading activity on the shop floor and maintain high availability.
• Coach and engage the team to improve processes and customer service.
• Manage change and develop resilience within the team.
• Ensure data-led decisions to optimise online performance.
